Vital® lever hoist spare parts

Vital® lever hoist spare parts are available from Toco Lifting on request. Because the right part depends on the model and capacity of your hoist, our team will confirm the correct spares for your unit rather than work from a generic list. Genuine Vital® parts keep the hoist performing to its original specification and protect the validity of its certification.

Repair and servicing

Toco repairs and services Vital® lever hoists using genuine spare parts and experienced staff. Servicing keeps a hoist in safe working condition across its lifespan and addresses wear before it becomes a failure. Toco provides both initial and after-sales support, so a hoist bought from Toco can be maintained, repaired and recertified by the same team that supplied it.

Load testing and recertification

Toco load tests and recertifies Vital® lever hoists as an approved Lifting Machinery Entity (LME No. 008). Lifting tackle must be re-inspected every three months under Driven Machinery Regulation 18(10)(e) of the OHS Act, and Toco re-certifies hoists following inspection. Where a Performance (Load) Test Certificate is issued, it is valid for twelve months. Inspections are carried out by an ECSA-registered Lifting Machinery Inspector.
